IMPORTANT: Please ensure that all passports are up-to-date and do not expire for at least 6 months prior to the return of your trip, as this coincides with Costa Rican immigration rules and regulations.



Reservation Policies

1. All reservations, modifications or cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to: reservations@thespringscostarica.com or by fax: U.S. (954) 727-5745 or  C.R. 011 (506) 24-01-33-19. A reservation, modification or cancellation is NOT CONFIRMED until you have received a written confirmation from our reservation’s office.

2. Children are from 3 up to 12 years old. Infants under 3 years are not charged.

3. We reserve the right to request a minimum number of nights stay for peak seasons such as Christmas, President's Day and Easter.

4. Please note that by submitting your credit card information you agree to our reservation and cancellation policies. Your credit card will not be charged in advance. It acts only as a guarantee of your reservation and will be charged only in the event of a cancellation or no- show. All charges will be applied upon check out.

5. Reservations for three or more rooms per night for dates between December 15 and April 30 must be PAID IN FULL 90 days prior to the reservation arrival date. Reservations for three or more rooms per night for dates between May 1 and December 14 must be PAID IN FULL 60 days prior to the reservation arrival date. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE..

6. Check in time is 3:30 pm. Check out time is 11:30 am.

7. Food and beverages cannot be reserved or prepaid.

 

Cancellation Policies

1. Cancellation Policies for High and Low Seasons (Reservations of one or two rooms per night): There is NO REFUND if cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to the reservation arrival date. When cancellation notification is received between 15 and 30 days prior to the reservation, a $50 processing fee per room will be charged. Payment will be forfeited if guest(s) arrive after the specified date of the reservation or depart prior to the final day of the reservation.

Cancellation Policies for Peak Seasons (Christmas, President's Day and Easter - Reservations of one or two rooms per night): There is NO REFUND if cancellation is made 45 days or less prior to the reservation arrival date. Payment will be forfeited if guest(s) arrive after the specified date of the reservation or depart prior to the final day of the reservation.

2. All cancellations need to be sent via e-mail to: reservations@thespringscostarica.com or by fax U.S. 954-727-5745 or C.R. fax: 011 (506) 24-01-33-19. A cancellation is NOT CONFIRMED until you have received an email or fax cancellation code from our reservation’s office.
